Compensation to caregivers is negotiated between the client and caregiver. Caregivers work directly under the supervision and control of the client.
Service fee: GUARDIAN works hard to secure your confidence and to ensure the best possible match between the Caregiver and the Care Recipient. Our service fee depends on the schedule of services needed -- whether hourly, daily, or permantently -- and covers all the services and features listed above.
